Looking for a picture board <--- Look here

We are looking for an image board such as Coppermine. But I want to find a plugin that automatically takes pictures that people post on the forums (perhaps in a certain thread) and put it automatically into the image board so that they are easier to find. Anyone know if such a plugin exists?

Also taking suggestions for the site in general
