Alright I purchased a 20 slot Counter-Strike Source server yesterday.

Rules to be followed:
No cheating or hacking
No microphone spam or text spam
Admins are to be respected
Racism will not be tolerated
Excessive swearing will not be tolerated
Flaming will not be tolerated

CSS is a very popular game, but there are already thousands of servers out there. Make it really difficult for a new server to become popular.
