It takes time, everything needs to be setup first like ioncube loaders zend encodeing, updateing the server, setting up name servers installing a firewall configureing the account. And transfering the files from this server over 1 gig of ftp files :\ and I am currently haveing problems setting up the forums.

The forums are vbulletin, and Its not as simple as installing them.. I had to transfer the forums which were running 3.6.5 to the new forums which are 3.6.6 which caused lots of database errors. I also had to install ioncube loaders on the server to run some of the scripts for the forums, And I'm just waiting to hear back from vbseo about the transfer to make it legit. The boards are currently up, but they will not be active until I confirm all the transfers to make sure everything is legit.

Spam forums are a good idea, but will get abused, If a spam forum is up then i think that you should disable post count for that forum.

I think post count should be allowed, but if we install the dreaded credit system, creds should not be allowed |

Enabling post count in the spam forum would not be a good idea, because people would use the spam forum to gain there post count up in order to download things.
And I wont be installing a credit system.
